The Portugal Real Estate Summit, the largest real estate investment event on Iberia, is back at Hotel Palácio Estoril from 19 to 20 September.
This two-day meeting was attended by more than 350 participants in 2022, the most attended edition ever, which showed that international investors want to continue investing in the Portuguese real estate market. This year, the organisation anticipates a record number of partners and international investors.
In 2023, the 7th edition of the Portugal Real Estate Summit takes place in another year of great global uncertainty, but with the Portuguese economy registering positive numbers in these first months and justifying the interest of global investors, after an investment volume of almost 3,000 million euros in income property in 2022.
At the Portugal Real Estate Summit, the major international players will have a privileged opportunity for networking and to debate the main trends and the best opportunities in the sector in the various regions, in a lively programme of conferences and parallel sessions.
This year, special emphasis will be given to medium-sized Portuguese cities, which will have the opportunity to present their investment opportunities, proving that the investors' interest goes far beyond Lisbon and Porto. Braga and Almada have already been invited to be present, and the manager António Ramalho is one of the guest speakers who has already confirmed his presence.
The Portugal Real Estate Summit is organised by Iberian Property. Once again it will have as partners the main players in the market, including CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL and Savills.
