Inmobiliaria Marbella Socimi has registered its Initial Market Access Document (DIAM) for listing on BME Scaleup, becoming the eighth company to do so this year. The Market Coordination and Incorporations Committee has considered that the company meets the necessary requirements for admission to this growth segment of Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME).
The company's Board of Directors has set a reference price of 4.00 euros per share, in accordance with a valuation report prepared by an independent expert. This figure puts the total valuation of the company at 20 million euros. Renta 4 Sigrun is acting as Registered Advisor in the process.
Based in the province of Malaga, the socimi is a family company founded in 1984, focused on the development, sale and rental of residential real estate assets. Its business model is based on obtaining long-term stable income and on the management of owned assets.
