Hipoges has launched its second campaign of the year for the sale of properties without possession, with an offering of more than 1,800 assets worth over €180 million. Most of these properties, 89%, are residential and are presented as an investment alternative aimed at professional investors. This initiative will run until the end of November and, according to the company, will concentrate more than 80% of the portfolio in the Community of Madrid, the Community of Valencia, Catalonia, Andalusia and Murcia.
Among the most relevant locations are Catalonia, with assets valued at €47 million; Madrid, with €14 million; Murcia, with €13 million; Almería, with €10 million; Seville, with €9 million; and Huelva, with €6 million. These six areas account for more than 60% of the value on offer. In addition to these, the campaign also includes properties in other regions such as Castile-La Mancha, Galicia, the Canary Islands, the Basque Country, Extremadura, the Balearic Islands and Castile and León, allowing for territorial diversification and expanding the options for buyers.
According to Daniela Marchesano, director of Real Estate at Hipoges, properties without ownership, many of them with current rental contracts, "offer a particularly attractive opportunity in the current context, as they allow for recurring income to be generated while the asset appreciates in value". In this regard, she stresses that "the shortage of housing in the face of growing demand makes this type of property a product with great potential for profitability".
