Hipoges has put more than 7,500 plots of land on the market throughout Spain, of which nearly 3,000 are for residential use, while the rest are for industrial and rural use.
Almost half of the total is located in six provinces: Valencia (925), Ávila (750), Castellón (650), Alicante (475), Almería (400) and Asturias (375). These locations represent approximately 50% of the available supply, with a presence in both inland areas and coastal and Mediterranean regions.
The portfolio, aimed at developers and small and medium-sized investors, also includes land in Guadalajara (314), Zaragoza (270), Tarragona (230), Madrid (210) and A Coruña (210), as well as other locations throughout Spain.
According to Daniela Marchesano, director of Real Estate at Hipoges, the Spanish property market will remain "highly dynamic" in 2025, especially in the residential land segment, where "demand pressure and supply shortages continue to drive investor interest". Marchesano also highlights the attractiveness of industrial land around economic hubs with growing activity and points out that certain rural areas linked to the agri-food industry are also seeing a concentration of transactions.
