Excem accepts the offer of Narbón to acquire the socimi for €16,3M

All the shareholders of Excem Capital Partners SIR have accepted the proposal of Narbón SL for the acquisition of the socimi specialising in the purchase, refurbishment, decoration, comprehensive management and divestment of residential assets aimed at students and young professionals, as reported by the company to BME Growth.

Specifically, Narbón's proposal is 1.2 euros per share, which means valuing the company at 16.3 million euros. It should be noted that this price of 1.2 euros per share represents a premium of 84.6%, as Excem SIR shares currently trade at 0.65 euros.

Excem operates under its management company Homiii, which is the brand under which it operates its shared flats for young people and professionals. It currently operates a portfolio of 500 rooms in Madrid and has investment opportunities to reach two thousand units by the end of this year.

The business model of this project has a comprehensive management that guarantees the occupation of its assets and zero default, offering greater investment security, higher profitability and stability in the achievement of dividends.

Currently, the main shareholder of the socimi is Germina Finance - a company wholly owned by Excem SIR director Mauricio Botton - which holds a 36.1% stake.
