DWS implements leasing management solution for its pan-European portfolio

DWS deploys a digital lease management solution for 3.6 million square metres across more than 150 properties in its pan-European portfolio of commercial assets.

DWS is driving operational efficiencies across its real estate asset management division as part of its technology-led European real estate strategy. Based on VTS Lease, the solution enables DWS to access critical deal and tenant information from anywhere in real time, improving the productivity and accuracy of leasing teams and providing visibility into portfolio risk and opportunity. DWS is the first German-based asset manager to implement the VTS solution across its pan-European commercial real estate portfolio.

According to the company, VTS Lease will transform the capabilities of the asset management team, enabling the asset manager to be more collaborative and efficient, while providing unprecedented insight to its international investor client base. The digital leasing process gives DWS's real estate asset management team more ability to create value, and also enables them to make better informed decisions based on leasing performance data.

DWS' pan-European portfolio to which the solution is applied includes industrial, office and retail assets in 13 countries.

DWS' pan-European portfolio to which the solution is being applied includes industrial, office and retail assets in 13 countries, including Germany, France, Poland, Italy and the UK. The solution is being deployed in properties such as the WestendDuo office tower in Frankfurt, Germany, the Diagonal Mar shopping centre in Barcelona, Spain, and Kering's global logistics centre in Trecate, Italy.
