The listed real estate investment company DARIA 323 SOCIMI has today started trading on the Portfolio Stock Exchange (Portfolio SE), the new generation stock market. The listing was carried out under the ticker DARI, with an initial price per share of 5.78 euros, which brings the total valuation of the company to 28,900,000 euros.
Incorporated in 2023, DARIA 323 SOCIMI currently has a portfolio comprising five residential buildings located in Madrid and Castilla-La Mancha. These assets include a total of 587 homes, as well as storage rooms, parking spaces and commercial premises, with a market value of over 100 million euros. The company also has four new projects under development that will add a further 1,118 homes, including complementary spaces such as storage rooms and car parks.
The transaction has been advised by MTF Advisor Armanext. Its CEO, María Lago, stated that "it has been a great pleasure to support the DARIA 323 SOCIMI team in listing the company. Our mission is that companies that want to make the leap to the stock market find in us the best ally to implement their growth plans". Lago also thanked the Portfolio Stock Exchange team and the issuer for their work in the listing process.
