CaixaBank and the ASPRIMA Foundation have renewed the collaboration agreement they have maintained for several years. CaixaBank's Director of Business, Marc Benhamou, and the President of the ASPRIMA Foundation, Carolina Roca, formalised the continuation of this alliance, which includes sponsorship of the eleventh edition of EFIMAD, Madrid Real Estate Financing Meetings, which is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year.
During the signing, Benhamou pointed out that the bank will continue to work with the ASPRIMA Foundation on financing and supporting companies in the sector. Roca highlighted that the collaboration allows for greater access to training and financial tools used by developers and professionals, and recalled that more than 3,000 professionals improve their skills each year through these initiatives.
CaixaBank carries out its activity for the development sector through CaixaBank Real Estate & Homes, the brand under which it finances projects for sale and rent. Once residential developments for sale have been completed, the bank also facilitates financing for buyers through subrogation operations.
This activity is supported by a network of centres specialising in real estate and property development, made up of more than 160 professionals throughout the country, from which the bank offers financial services tailored to the different phases of the projects.
