Alibérico has acquired 50% of The Prototype Company (TPC). Its objective is to promote the internationalization of Urbania's industrialized construction subsidiary and make it the national leader in its segment.
The entry of this new industrial partner will provide important synergies to TPC, due to the complementarity of both firms. Thus, it will allow you to incorporate cutting-edge industrial processes and innovative materials; multiply the production capacity of its factory, located in the Madrid municipality of Móstoles; and promote its internationalization.
TPC currently operates in the Iberian market (Spain and Portugal) and has an innovative 6,000 sqm plant in Móstoles (Madrid), with the capacity to manufacture around 4,000 industrialized bathrooms and kitchens per year.

In this first semester of 2022, The Prototype Company (TPC) has already closed important contracts for the design, manufacture and delivery of industrialized bathrooms and kitchens in various sectors, such as student residences, hospitals, residential buildings for rent or residences of older, for important national and international promoters.
