ACS sells its stake in the Toledo Hospital. Florentino Pérez's construction company has reached an agreement with Brookfield to transfer 80% of its stake.

BSIP Spain, the purchasing company of Brookfield, has paid 58 million euros, valuing the complex at more than 400 million. This grants capital gains of 29.8 million for ACS.

This represents 26.4% of the Hospital's contract. Acciona, OHLA and the aforementioned ACS achieved the construction and management contract in equal parts in 2015, for which the listed company has sold 80% of its 33% stake.

Iridium, the company created by ACS for this purpose, will continue to be actively linked to Hospital de Toledo in management and operation. Despite having a share of close to 7%, it will remain in the administrative bodies.

Another of the winners, OHLA, also sold its entire stake to a fund managed by DIF Capital Partners. The construction company from Villar Mir entered 76.13 million euros, with possible increases in variables.

The asset has 246,964 square meters, and has 853 beds. The hospital serves 434,000 inhabitants of 116 municipalities in the province and is a concession with the Castilla-La Mancha Health Service for a period of 30 years.
