The MIPIM Awards celebrate the most important, sustainable and visionary property projects in the industry. There are 10 categories up for grabs. Fidelidade Property is a finalist in the category of ‘Best New Mega Development’ with the EntreCampos project in Lisbon, the only Portuguese project that made the shortlist. Only one other Iberian project joins the finalists - the Railway Integration Project in the Spanish city of Logroño, in the category of 'Best Urban Regeneration Project'.

EntreCampos aims to create a new urban landmark, combining sustainability, contemporary design and functionality. The development will include residential buildings, offices, retail, parking, green areas and other public spaces, serving the entire surrounding area, in a total of 7 office buildings and three residential buildings, linked by a set of retail, restaurant and outdoor leisure spaces, integrated into 17,000 square metres of green and public spaces. The retail component will have 24,000 square metres spread over 2 floors, with 75 shops designed to create an innovative style of shopping and leisure. It is designed by KPF, Saraiva+Associados, Gensler, Promontório, Siza Vieira, Souto Moura and Ana Costa.
This is one of Lisbon's biggest projects in recent decades and aims to open a new chapter in the surrounding community, transforming it into a vibrant centre of life, commerce, leisure and work. Construction is already underway and the commercialisation phase will begin shortly.
MIPIM 2025 takes place in March in Cannes. The winners of the MIPIM Awards will be announced on the 13th at the Palais des Festivals.
