The space, owned by Barcelonesa de Inmuebles, belongs to the new Platinum@BCN complex, the first office building in Barcelona which is LEED Platinum certified. Containing three different buildings connected between themselves, it has a total combined area of more than 23.500 sqm in offices.
«This location is key for this type of collaborative offices. 22@ has become Barcelona’s new technological hub, it has easy access to the surrounding services, which attracts many companies to this location» explained Lindy Garber, offices’ manager for CBRE Barcelona. «We should also point out that the building is Leed Platinum certified, which means that it has the highest level of energetic sustainability and efficiency, something that is more and more taken into consideration by companies».
