Espacio Living Homes is the new company, owned 75% by funds advised by FS Capital and 25% by Espacio, the promoter branch of the Villar Mir group.
The plan is to invest about €400 million in the acquisition of preexisting land and assets and in the development of residential projects for first housing all over the Iberian Peninsula.
The joint venture starts with four finalist plots located in Madrid, Valladolid and Levante in Spain, where it will start building in the coming months.
Working in the investments counseling and managements, FS Capital is the trade mark of Principal Advisor EAFI specialized, among others, in the opportunities in the real estate and credit markets in Portugal and Spain. Currently, it has under management about €300 million in assets held by institutional investors.
