60 new apartments spread out through six floors, will be built on the 6.114 sqm terrain located at Lordelo do Ouro. According to a company’s release, the dwellings, which have different typologies (one, two and three bedroom apartments), should be marketed by real estate consultant Predibisa.
This housing development also includes common spaces such as gym, children’s playroom and a room for family meetings, which the company calls «Sala Social-Gourmet» (Gourmet Social Room). Vía Célere also ensures that these new dwellings will be certified A in terms of energy performance, which allows for significant energy and money saving.
«With Célere Portodouro we bring for the first time to the people of Porto, the particular features of Vía Célere’s apartments, such as our innovative common areas, cutting edge concepts or high energy performance», comments Francisco Carmona, territory manager at Vía Célere Portugal.
This project is the second the company launches in Portugal. The first one was launched last September with the development of 276 dwellings in the municipality of Oeiras, in Lisbon.
«After launching our first development near Lisbon (Miraflores/Oeiras), Vía Célere intended to increase its presence in the Portuguese market for the excellent opportunity it represents, considering the market’s positive evolution during the last few years», adds Francisco Carmona.
