Vía Célere calls shareholders to expand capital

On December 28, Vía Célere will hold an extraordinary meeting with its shareholders for a capital increase for credit compensation, following the real estate’s aim of incorporating the top 5 major companies of the residential sector in Spain.

Reminding that Vía Célere intends to quote on stock exchange as of next year, EjePrime mentions that the company will redistribute its capital, expansion of capital that does not include entrance of new shareholders.
