With the lease to Luís Simões of the last 7.000 sqm available, the marketing of this asset is concluded before its construction is finished.
Besides this first 32.000 sqm asset, VGP will launch, in July 2019, the second and last stage of this park’s development project, with the construction of another 45.000 sqm logistic warehouse over a 90.000 sqm parcel.
