According to Eje Prime, this was one more step towards the company achieving its 100 million euro portfolio goal. It should be noted that the company currently has 301 houses located in the Spanish capital with a total combined area of 17.717 sqm.
This operation should be followed up by new investments in Madrid, which are already under VBare’s radar.
