The real estate investment group, of French origin, acquired this real estate in 2017 to Estamo by way of a public tender, and will now renew it, converting this old office tower into an "ultra-premium" housing project.
The Castilho 203 will have 14 floors above ground and 4 underground, and only 20 apartments T2 and T3, as well as a penthouse in the 13th building with an area of 287 m². On the ground floor, the project will also have an indoor swimming pool, which will add an outdoor swimming pool on the 8th floor. The 1st floor will have a spa and gym, as well as concierge services at the reception.
