The company intends to carry out a sale&leaseback operation so that it can keep using the space. And, according to Spanish newspaper El Economista, it will only advance with the operation following an attractive proposal.
The address of this 5 floor 7.000 sqm GLA building is number 6 Marqués de Villamagna street. Around 4.400 sqm are occupied by offices and approximately 2.800 sqm are destined for commercial use.
Until now, the company has yet to contract a consultant to advise on the deal, according to the same newspaper.
This asset has been for sale on other occasions. In mid 2016, the building was on the market for 90 million euro. But, at the time, the company didn’t receive any offers attractive enough to sell it.
