Special mention should be made of the recent sale of 4 Spanish shopping centers, closed in June, for €489 million, acquired by the South American fund Vukile. Those centers are El Faro (Badajoz), South Bay (Cadiz), Los Arcos (Seville) and Vallsur (Valladolid). In Spain, and ruling out these four centers, the incomes of the company increased by 1.4%.
Globally, according to EjePrime, the company earned €861 million in the semester, 8.3% more than in the same period last year. The company's net profit increased 14.5% to €703 million, and the value of the group's portfolio was of €63.700 million by June 30.
