With 13 shopping centers in Spain, the real estate company has reorganized its management committee in the country. The senior director, Simon Orchard – the CEO in Spain for the last 25 years - will hand over the baton to Benoît Dohin by 30 June. The new director has served as the subsidiary’s Director of Operations since 2014 until now.
