This couple plans to create a hotel with holiday dwellings with innovative design, similar to a shell, following the natural waves of the land in Melides. The project will be developed in a 20 hectare terrain by the sea, of which the constructed area won’t take more than 4%.
According to Expresso, construction should start next year and be concluded in 2021. The investors should have the support of the Portugal 2020 program.
