Analyzing the historic, we see that it is a growth very similar to the one experienced last year. The total amount assessed has grown, in turn, by 4% compared to the same period of the previous year, while between 2015 and 2016 the increase was of 14%.
On the other hand, the percentage of total appraisals represent the valuations carried out to guarantee that potential mortgage loans remain in the same value as in the same period last year: 55%, with 324,000 appraisals for a total amount of €93,000 million. Regarding those made in the first semester of 2016, their number has increased by 22% and the total amount assessed, by 11%.
The increase in the number of appraisals of projected buildings, which grows by 54%, with 3,900 units and a 34% in amount assessed regarding last year, serves as a sign of the recovery of the promoting activity.
