Trammell Crow Company (TCC), one of the largest real estate developers in the United States, announced the appointment of Thierry Bougeard as Managing Director and Head of Logistics in Spain and Portugal for TCC. Based in Barcelona, he will be responsible for the general direction, strategy, origination, acquisition and financing of large-scale logistics development projects in Spain and Portugal. He will report to Ian Worboys, Managing Director responsible for European Logistics at TCC.
«Thierry's knowledge and extensive experience in developing Class A logistics facilities in Spain and Portugal make him the ideal leader to spearhead our team and future development projects in these regions,» said Worboys. « His creative experience of him in the economic analysis of land and asset acquisitions, capital structuring, market research, feasibility analysis, due diligence, commercialization and sale will allow us to quickly identify and secure operations.»
Before joining TCC, Bougeard was responsible for Industrial and Logistics in Spain for BNP Paribas RE, Barcelona. He has also held various positions of responsibility at EXA Real Estate, Insignia Real Estate and Atisreal. Bougeard has 30 years of experience in the sector.
