CBRE won in the following categories: the best transaction in the office sector, for their work with HSBC, a banking and financial services multinational, in the sale of their head offices in Canary Wharf in London in 2007 and secondly the logistics-industrial award for the agreement between Prologis, work leader in real estate development and the public bank Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) for the creation of a joint venture at the European level in 2012. Finally, for the purchase of Testa, subsidiary of Sacyr, on behalf of Merlin Properties, an acquisition led by the team at CBRE España. This agreement was reached in 2015, with a final total of 1,793 million euros.
