This deal will unite two of the large residential developers in Spain and will give a boost to the strategy of the resulting group. The new company will concentrate on providing integrated services in the sector, thus strengthening its processes of industrialisation and energy efficiency, areas in which Vía Célere has an extensive experience and has been pioneers in the sector. The resulting company will have a portfolio of land with an area of a million square metres.
Aiming to increase its presence on the Madrid and Barcelona markets, Vía Célere will integrate its portfolio of land, real estate development activity and developments under way with Dos Puntos. Dos Puntos brings a portfolio of land which will help the company to experience sustained development in the future.
