Juan Zapata, development manager of the group in the Iberian Peninsula, explains that the company has 6 projects in different stages of development and negotiation between Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Seville, Oporto and Lisbon, part of the goal of reaching the 2,750 rooms in the next 4 years , 5 times more than its current presence in Spain and Portugal.
According to El Economista, the latest news is a new operation in Ciudad Condal, in the 22 @ district of Barcelona, where it will invest about €40 million in the development of a 17,000 m2 and 14-story building with 300 rooms and 450 beds. Terrace or swimming pool will be some of the components, in addition to the strong technological component, characteristic of the 22 @, along with innovation.
