Purchases of resident foreigners increased by 17.6%
Regarding the buyer's nationality, transactions carried out by foreigners living in Spain experienced a year-on-year growth for the twenty-fifth consecutive quarter, specifically, 17.6% compared to the third quarter of 2016, with a total of 20,257 purchases.
As a whole, the purchases made by foreigners (residents and non-residents) were 24,009, 17.4% of the total.
