TSL is developing four projects in Spain and three in Portugal, besides the residence in Marques de Pombal (Lisbon) which opened last January. TSL program has 3.500 beds projected for the Iberian Peninsula.
The asset is located in the centre of Seville, in Genaro Parladé street, in El Porvenir district. This area is particularly well connected both with the rest of the city and with the university campus through public transport. This was the former location of Antares’ sports and social club, which relocated to more modern facilities in the centre of Seville. The project is predicted to result in an important urban regeneration both to the district and to the city.
The project, which is being developed, will provide 505 premium studios in a 15.200 sqm building. These will be high end design finished studios which will include a full kitchen, en suite bathrooms, high speed wireless connections and television. Besides that, the project will offer multiple services and facilities such as a fully equiped gym, pool, halls for celebrations, multipurpose halls (cinema, games, presentations...) laundry, library and study halls. It is also predicted to have external areas and a 24/7 reception, all included in the final price.
The Project Management works have been assigned to Gleeds Ibérica. Legal firm Uría Menéndez advised the acquisition of this asset.
