The asset has around 280.000 sqm, and will have cost 31 million euro, according to Expansión. The former owner was Autoridad Portuaria de Valencia (Valencia’s Port Authority).
According to the newspaper, this parcel, where the logistic platform will be built, is the second largest in Parc Sagunt, after the one next to it belonging to Mercadona, who acquired it in 2017 for 40% less per sqm.
