Talde ponders creating €100M REIT

Talde, Basque private equity management company, is considering creating a new REIT, or vehicle of the same type, to invest a total 100 million euro in the real estate sector.

Commercial buildings, such as hotels, offices, retail or industrial assets will be under the company’s radar, especially those located in non-central areas.

According to Expansión and EjePrime, the first investment might take place this Summer.
