In Spain, Stoneweg invests mainly in residential real estate development, both for new construction and renewal; an area that represents today 89.5% in its portfolio. Currently, the promotion of 1,600 houses is underway, and the first works are already being delivered.
Meanwhile, in Barcelona, the company is promoting the Luxa offices complex, with two buildings pre-leased to Amazon and WeWork, which have already been sold to the insurance company Catalana Occidente. Still in the city Condal, Stoneweg is now looking for a new tenant for the WIP building, with 4,500 m² in the 22@ district, to be sold as soon as it is leased.
