According to Expansión and EjePrime, the portfolio includes an office complex composed by 4 buildings in Madrid, located in the city’s Northern area at Omega Business Park, with a total area of 33.458 sqm. The portfolio also includes a new building at calle Pallars, at 22@ in Barcelona, with an area of 12.596 sqm.
In May 2018, Starwood bought the San Fernando Business Park, in Madrid, for 120 million euro.
