This is because the zones with the highest demand also have the least supply and vice versa. This is reflected, in general terms, in the map of “Tiempo Urbanístico” which ST Sociedad de Tasación presented today within the framework of the XXIV Encuentro del Sector Financiero (Meeting of the Financial Sector) organised by Deloitte, in collaboration with the company and the daily ABC.
The map of “Tiempo Urbanístico” offers a global vision of the land market in Spain and underlines the necessity to value land with prudence and to undertake a rigorous case-by-case analysis, without generalisations which can lead to errors in decision making. This map represents the current position of the national land market, pointing out incidences of urban planning and synthesising development by zone, from stable situations with more activity, to very unstable situations where market activity is minimal and there is a high time requirement for the development and management of land.
In the report, ST Sociedad de Tasación analyses the state of the land market in each one of the Autonomous Communities, in a journey to discover in detail the present state of “tiempo urbanístico”.
