With a total area of 6.900 sqm, the warehouse is occupied by operator TXT.
The transaction, advised by CBRE, keeps consolidating Zaragoza as one of the main alternatives to Madrid and Barcelona in terms of logistic investment. In 2019, the investment volume surpassed 160 million euro.

CBRE Zaragoza’s director, Miguel Ángel Gómez, assures that «we are, without a doubt, in the presence of a very important operation whose repercussions will be very big, since it positions Zaragoza as one of most attractive logistic investment markets in Spain, with the prospects for 2020, being even better».
