In the statement sent to the CMVM, it states that "Sonae - SGPS, SA hereby informs that, following the approval by the competent competition authorities, the transaction was concluded today on the terms announced to the market on last July 14, regarding the acquisition of a 20% stake in Sonae Sierra, SGPS, SA to the Grosvenor group, for a total of €255.9 million.”
Sonae Sierra will thus be 70% owned by Sonae and 30% owned by Grosvenor.
