The state of the real estate market in the Spanish capital will be the starting theme at this event, which last year alone gathered more than 2.500 guests and 150 top-level speakers, according to data provided by SIMA. The analysis of the main hotspots and investment opportunities in Spain and Portugal will be one of the topics which should close the meeting next Friday the 31st of May.
SIMAEXPO will take place alongside SIMAPro – between the 30th and the 2nd of June – and will gather more than 300 companies at the venue. The XVIth edition of the ASPRIMA-SIMA Awards will also take place next Thursday the 30th of May at the Salón Inmobiliário Internacional de Madrid, where the professionals who stood out in real estate will be revealed.
