They have grouped all their activities together under the same name - SIMApro, which will take place from the 24 to 26 May at the Centro de Convenciones Norte of the Madrid Fair.
SIMApro’s programme this year will have three major highlights: the Conferencia Inmobiliaria Madrid 2017 (24 May), the Foro de Inversión en el Mercado Inmobiliario Español (Forum for Investment in Spanish Property) (24- 25 May) and Inmonext (26 May).
Activities at SIMApro end with the Seminario de Inversión en Argentina (Seminar on Investment in Argentina) (25 May), an event originating in the initiative “Argentina País Invitado (Argentina Invited Country) SIMA 2017”, the Forum ‘Iberoamericano de Políticas de Vivienda, Rehabilitación y Regeneración Urbana’ (The Politic of Housing, Rehabilitation and Regeneration) (25 May), a programme of commercial presentations, to be found in the Centro de Convenciones Norte (25-26 May) and Pabellón 10 (25-27 May), and SIMA Connect, an app available in Play Store and App Store, which, among other functions, will allow users to carry out searches for different criteria, to seek connections, send messages and add information to your personal profile. Additionally, the online catalogue about the fair for 2017 will have new professional sections, one dedicated to land which is for sale and another to the housing stock.
“This new concept for SIMApro has as its objective to increase the professionalism of the fair’s contents via a better relationship between all the activities. Also, to enhance the relationship between SIMA’s general exhibition area and its professional areas,’ explained Eloy Bohúa.
