There are 63 companies showing its products and services in this fair, representing a growth of 20% more regarding the same period in 2016. 11% of these exhibitors are coming for the first time to SIMA Otoño.
The majority of the attending companies are developers or traders. Also Madrid and its community concentrate the bulk of residential supply that will be showcased. Likewise, other areas of activity of the real state sector begin to have a more significant presence on the payroll of exhibitors companies at SIMA Otoño. This is the case, for example, of a few financial entities with offer in the segment of mortgage credit and companies specialized in real estate consultancy and services to the house buyer.
