The project, formerly acquired and developed by the real estate society from Grupo ID Logistics, is located only 30 km away from Barcelona. Built in 2019, the logistic distribution centre is leased to ID Logistics, an international logistic operator, wiith whom SEGRO has a long term agreement.
With this acquisition, besides solidifying its presence in Catalonia, SEGRO shows once again its interest in the Vallés region due to its location and connectivity in terms of distribution to Southern Europe, besides prioritizing locations close to the city of Barcelona in order to create a high value distribution and urban logistic warehouse portfolio.
SEGRO is currently one of the most active players in Spain in terms of logistic and distribution spaces, developing both industrial facilities’ conversions and new constructions.
