According to EjePrime, the fund now owns 136 of the 150 luxury housing fractions of the 41-story tower, part of an urbanization with swimming pools, gymnasium, soccer field, paddle and tennis court or gardens.
The remaining apartments have been sold to private individuals in the last year. Are not included in the transaction the storage or garages sold at the end of last year.
