The information was advanced by Jaime Echegoyen, president of Sareb, at the Feria Inmobiliaria del Mediterráneo (Urbe) which took place in Valencia last weekend, and was reported by Spanish daily newspaper Eje Prime.
Also in Valencia, the developer recently created by Sareb, Árqura Homes, should develop 25 housing projects. Only 4 of these developments, are already under way.
The new investment will be «a breath of fresh air» for Sareb which, during the last year, only invested 116 million euro, according to the same newspaper.
