The new asset should be developed in a 7.500 sqm terrain in the Maresme area, reveals Eje Prime this Wednesday. It will have 37 new dwellings, common areas – such as pools, parking spaces and terraces – and four street shops.
The company intends to finish the project in two and a half years, but, according to the same newspaper, the marketing of the new spaces should start in July and will be carried out by Proddigia.
