During this period, there were 19 operations involving the purchase of assets performed by 13 companies. Ores or Meridia III are examples of companies which lowered their investment activity between July and September. Ores only closed one transaction, the purchase of Parque Comercial Millenium for 31 million euro.
On the other hand, notes EjePrime, Excem, which started trading at MAB on the 19th of July and bought a residential building in Madrid for 7.5 million euro, or Elix stood out. Elix was responsible for the largest operation of the quarter, having bought a residential portfolio in Barcelona for 34 million euro.
Note should also be given to Barcino and Galil Capital, which invested 2,9 and 5,25 million euro, respectively, in the residential market, or Vbare, which spent 1,5 million euro in Madrid.
