This amount represents a 10% increase yoy, according to the latest report from BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Investors keep betting on Spain and during the third quarter 3.440 million euro were invested in the domestic market, 9% more than during the previous quarter.
In terms of market segmentation, the report shows that the office segment keeps leading the market – with an aggregate investment of 3.660 million euro – and also that Madrid and Barcelona show levels of activity never before seen within this segment. Also, the amounts traded within the logistic segment went above expectations and during the third quarter it equaled the amount reached by the end of last year: 1.300 million euro.
Another sector that is becoming increasingly more relevant for investors is the housing segment. On the other hand, retail investment was lower than during the previous quarters.
