At one of the greatest worldwide events about the real estate investment, this will be «the perfect opportunity so that interested parties may get to know a little bit more about this southern Europe market, which has been showing a strong growth, and to know the main opportunities presented to investors», states Iberian Property Director, António Gil Machado.
The session is supported by SAREB, the company managing the divestiture process of the Bank real estate assets in Spain, being currently responsible for a portfolio with ca. €40.000M. Lisbon South Bay will also participate, promoting together with Invest Lisboa, at EXPO-REAL, one of the major real estate projects planned for Iberia, the Lisbon South Bay, in the Portuguese capital.
The session will have the input of the main consultant representative’s leaders in the Iberian market, whom will share the global vision regarding the investment opportunities of that European destination.
As one of the main International Fairs in the real estate sector, Expo Real is held in Munich, Germany, 4 to 6 October. This year it will have a showroom with 64.000 m², where the several real estate players will join, from mediators to developers, architects firms or Banks, insurance companies and real estate funds.
Among the highlights of this year's edition, the organization draws attention to LogRealCampus, a zone totally devoted to logistics real estate, which is booming. Also in highlight will be Hotel sector, with a stand under the theme World of Hospitality, and the participation of several international hotels chains and developers. Retail has a new place, Gran Plaza, dedicated to networking in this field.
