The brick is, thus, the most active sector of the period, with 323 operations out of a total of 1,054 operations. In the first six months of the year, were recorded 1,054 transactions in Spain (9.14% less than in the same period of the previous year), with a total amount of €45,284 million, 3.96% less.
In the second quarter, the Spanish transaction market registered a total of 535 mergers and acquisitions, with an aggregate amount of €28,876 million. The mobilized amount has increased by 16%, while the number of operations decreased by 6.8%.
