Prologis rents 6,100 m2 to Conforama in Madrid

Prologis has announced the signing of a rental agreement with Conforama, of a space of 6,100 m2 in Prologis Park Alcalá, a logistics park located 26 kilometers from the center of Madrid, in Alcalá de Henares.

The park is located in an open and natural environment and has the highest quality standards in buildings of the Madrid logistics market.

The real estate consultant Savills Aguirre Newman has been the advisor of this operation.
