The building will meet the highest standards of quality and important technical characteristics, including a minimum height of the warehouse of 11 metres, increasing its capacity by around 20% compared to a conventional building.
The property is situated 15 minutes from the centre of Madrid, directly connecting with the A2 motorway, which links Madrid,, Zaragoza and Barcelona, and the ring road M-50.
Gustavo Cardozo, Senior Vice President of Prologis Iberia, stresses that, "It is a strategic site, with a perfect location, excellent connections and near available human resources”, as quoted by Spanish Real Estate. He concludes, “This building will be a reference point for the new generation of logistics and distribution installations in Spain, as has been the case with many of the buildings in this country during the last decades".
The building will be to the highest standards of quality and energy efficiency and will have important technical characteristics, including a warehouse minimum height of up to 11 metres, which will give an approximate 20% increase in capacity compared to a regular construction.
It is predicted that the building will be finished at the beginning of the third trimester of this year.
