This is considered the most important real estate investment forum of the Iberian Peninsula, and takes place from September 18 to 19 at Palácio Estoril Hotel. The 3rd edition of the event reflects the solid international projection of Portuguese real estate and the increasing geographical diversification of the capital that chooses Portugal to invest, with the confirmed presence of investors from 20 countries, 5 continents, including China, Australia, South Africa, or USA.
Less than 2 weeks from the event, are registered more than 320 participants representing 200 different entities. 53% are foreign, and 47% are Portuguese. Special attention is given to the presence of traditional investment houses, family offices, private equity, pension funds, real estate funds, REIT's, insurers or investment banking, or leaders in the areas of promotion, hospitality, consulting, investment management, law or architecture.
The 2018 edition of Portugal Real Estate Summit also has the confirmed presence of the Deputy Minister Pedro Siza Vieira at the opening session, at 14h45. In addition, Roger Cooke, Chairman of the Summit and one of the most renowned experts in real estate investment in the Iberian Peninsula, as well as a promoter of the relations between the UK and Spain throughout his career of more than 30 years, a role that earned him a distinction of the British crown.
